 (1) ADMINISTRATION MODULE:

	ADMINISTRATION: This module is about administrator rights. It will help you to add unlimited number of Administrators like HR, Accountant, Security, Front Office Staff etc and to provide them access permissions.
	SETUP: The Setup module will help you to enter all required basic information so that software get‘s synchronized to your present structure. i.e Institute Details , Groups / Classes / Subjects ,Exams, Fees, Installment details and Mange HTML(If you have a website).
	FRONT OFFICE: This will help the front office staff to manage the enquiries and respond to them properly and it also gives reports on admitted and non-admitted students so that management can work effectively towards more admissions.
	PRE-ADMISSION: The Pre-Admission module is quick admit process, it will help you to admit a student directly without filling the enquiry forms i.e direct enrollments.
	STUDENT: The purpose of Student module is to manage records of students admitted in your institute. This module will help you to search all students according to class, Student Reg Number, Academic Year, etc., You can promote student to a higher class after completion of  final Exams and as well  record student transfers.
	FEE PAYMENT: The Fee Payment module is designed and developed keeping in view the requirement and comfort of an institute management body. With the help of this module you can collect student fee, installment fine and other miscellaneous fine. You can also view in brief reports about fee collection and outstanding fee.
	ASSIGNMENT: With help of Assignment you can upload a file having the assignment.
	TUTORIAL: The Tutorial module helps to manage entirely the syllabus, the study material and the question bank. External content of helpful educational resources can be added under Booklet.
	STAFF: The Staff module handles creating departments, entering staff particulars and assigning staff as a in charge to a class.
	HRD: The HRD module features Job Opening/classified, applications data bank, short listed candidates, interview letter / interview result, selected candidate list / waiting list, Offer letters, Termination Letters and all other letter formats.
	PAYROLL: The Payroll take care of defining all perks, deductions, leave, tax, loans, advance etc. Generate Pay-Slip at the convenience of a single mouse click.
	ACCOUNTING: The Accounting Module has everything an institution business manager needs to operate efficiently. It includes Account Groups, Account Ledger, voucher, Balance sheet & Ledger Summary.
	INVENTORY: The Inventory Module helps to maintain all the stocks, inventory and sale/purchase of goods. This module is useful for the institutes which maintain with trading of goods in hostel, sale purchase of books or uniform etc. Using this module you can enter purchase and sale transactions, maintain the stock of all goods, view inventory reports.
	TRANSPORT: This module contains all key elements to manage the transportation system for any institute. Provision to define a route and attach vehicles, students and staff to the route are provided. User-friendly data entry forms, transferring of bus routes/interchanging the routes, making new routes etc., are very simple in procedure. Moreover you can generate, collect and print Transport Fee details. Transportation Reports for Driver, Vehicle, Student and Staff are provided.
	TIME TABLE: The Timetable module allows setup the time slots of the various institute periods. Reports like whole week timetable for class and teachers are available.
	LIBRARY: This module offers an amazing range of features to manage your library simpler and more efficient than ever before. It includes Master Creation for books, Publisher, Supplier, Fine Master, Transaction Master & Reports.
	EXAMINATION: The Examination module handles everything to do with tests and exams. It features set up tests and exams, export exam schedule, enter marks, generate reports, export reports and print out student report cards.
	ATTENDANCE: The Attendance module handles the taking of attendance for both student & staff. Enter attendance quickly and easily track attendance information for students and staff. The exact attendance data you need is always at your fingertips including absentee reports.
	HOSTEL: The Hostel module handles the setting up of dormitories and the allocation of students and staff to them. You can generate hostel bill and can view hostel report. Supply and Collecting items from Hostel is also provided.
	MESSAGE: This Module helps Admin, Teacher and Students to exchange messages.
	ID CARD: This module allows you to generate and print ID cards for the students and staff.
	BACK OFFICE: The Back Office module is a brief one but an important module which keeps the record of all Incoming & Outgoing Material from the institute gates. All the information is well maintained by a single click.
	SMS: With this feature you can send SMS to Staff, Students & Parents instantly.
	SEND NOTICE: The Send Notice module acts as an interface between you and other users [like Staff & Students] and helps in passing messages to and fro.
	HELP DESK: This module is used to view student’s complete profile for administrative purposes; it includes details about Academic exam, Misc Fine, Attendance and so on. It is one click information.
	TODAY'S THOUGHT: A small ad on module that allows you to enter quotes, proverbs or sayings which will be displayed in the right panel.
	PHOTO ALBUM: A special module to store & display all institute activity pictures like Annual Day, Sports Day, Excursion, Science Fair etc.,
	VIDEOS: A module to upload and display useful videos.
	HOLIDAYS: A module to maintain a list of planned holidays for the academic year.
	SECURITY: The Security module is a module which keeps the record of all those entering or leaving the gates of the Institute.
	BACKUP: This module will help you to take data backup as a disaster plan. You can also import data.
	KNOWLEDGE BASE: This module allows you to manage full knowledgebase articles and news.
	NOTICE BOARD: The Notice Board module can be used for special announcements, Institute awards, Award Certificates, activities of the institute and so on. All updated information will be displayed in the right panel.
	ROLE MANAGEMENT: Every action like adding, editing, deleting & printing of information gets recorded under this module.

(2) STUDENT CONTROL PANEL:

	MY PROFILE: Under this module parents can view their updated child’s profile
	ATTENDANCE: Parents can check and monitor student's attendance easily
	ASSIGNMENT: Parents / Students can view assignments and download document.
	FEE: Parents can view their child's complete fee paid and unpaid details.
	EXAMINATION: Parents can check their child's examination results.
	TIME TABLE: Parents can view their child’s Time Table.
	TUTORIAL: Students and Parents can view the study material, extra notes and information provided by the teachers.
	HOSTEL: Parents can view information like hostel bills & payments.
	TRANSPORT: Parents can view the institute transportation routes available for their child.
	NOTICE: Parents can view and reply to notices sent by the institute administrator.
	MESSAGE: Parents can send and receive messages from teachers and institute administrators.
	LIBRARY: This is an online Library module where students can check for book availability in the library and can also place request to reserve a book so that they can collect it from the library at a later time.
	KNOWLEDGE BASE: Students can obtain new knowledge and skills by reading the articles provided by the institute administrator or teacher under Knowledge Base.
	HOLIDAYS: Parents / Students can check the holiday calendar provided by the institute.
	PHOTO ALBUM: Parents / Students can view institute activity pictures like Annual Day, Sports Day, Science Fair etc.,
	VIDEOS: Parents / Students can view useful videos provided by the institute.
	NOTICE BOARD: Parents / Students can view special announcements, institute awards, activities of the institute as updated by the institute administrator.

(3) STAFF CONTROL PANEL:

	MY PROFILE: Teachers can view their own profile, to make sure it is updated properly.
	ATTENDANCE: Teachers can view their own attendance report.
	TRANSPORT: Teachers can view institute transportation routes available.
	TIME TABLE: Teacher can view class timetable and staff timetable.
	LIBRARY: This is an online Library module where teachers can check for book availability in the library and can also place request to reserve a book so that they can collect it from the library at a later time.
	SALARY: Teachers can view their salary and loan details.
	ANNUAL LEAVES: Teachers can view employee annual leave list.
	TUTORIAL: Teachers can add study material and the question bank. They can also add external content of helpful educational resources under Booklet.
	EXAMINATION: Teachers can view student’s marks per subject and can also check the performance of the students.
	NOTICE: Teachers can view and reply to notices sent by the institute administrator.
	MESSAGE: Teachers can send and receive messages from students and institute administrators.
	KNOWLEDGE BASE: Teachers can add knowledgebase articles and news.
	RESIGNATION : Teachers can update resignation letter and can print it.
	HOSTEL: Teachers can view their hostel bills & payments.
	HOLIDAYS: Teachers can check the holiday calendar provided by the institute.
